About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Walnut & Steel online store and to any purchase you make from us. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to them. Our store runs on Shopify.

Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Products and prices
We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Some photos show the product in styled settings, and colors may look slightly different on your screen. Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. If a product is listed at the wrong price or described incorrectly, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud or can't fulfill it, and we'll refund any payment in that case. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners; we don't store your full card details.

Discounts
Pack savings, such as Buy 2 or Buy 3 pricing, apply automatically at checkout. Discounts can't be combined unless stated, and we may end or change an offer at any time.

Shipping and returns
Delivery and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

Safe use
Our sharpeners are for straight-edge knives and create very sharp edges. Follow the included instructions, handle freshly sharpened knives with care, and keep the product and knives away from children. Don't use the sharpener on serrated blades, ceramic knives, or scissors.

Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Walnut & Steel isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our store or products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

The text, images, and design of this store belong to Walnut & Steel or its licensors. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on our store when you place an order applies to that order.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
